The HR disrespect the employees at the time of leaving.They won't give you proper salary, you have to beg for the salary on each month.And they say not to ask the allowance they will provide even if it is mentioned in the offer letter.They won't give the assets such as phone or laptop if something happens to your personal laptops.Also they will tell you to share and use laptop with the other teammates which will delay your work.

It's an amazing time with these guys , the management are so friendly and no work stress , and it's an best place for skill development, more than making a good dev they are providing entrepreneur training for those who are interested

Salary will be little bit less as compared to other companies, Talrop is in a mission and have many goals and it's an startup , that's why they have these problems with payment
