Mid level Leadership is horrible. Just the mediators b/w mgmt and engineers. They have no other responsibilities, just follow-up on work status and share with mgmt. Lot of favorism and bucketing works

Good work environment and culture. Teammantes is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary

There is lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues salary is decent but career growth is solw there is a bond 2 Year before

The learning of cutting edge technologies is not so good. Salary can be but more - it is good but not the nest in the market. Work Life balance can be improved.
