There is lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues salary is decent but career growth is solw there is a bond 2 Year before

Mid level Leadership is horrible. Just the mediators b/w mgmt and engineers. They have no other responsibilities, just follow-up on work status and share with mgmt. Lot of favorism and bucketing works

The learning of cutting edge technologies is not so good. Salary can be but more - it is good but not the nest in the market. Work Life balance can be improved.
