Unlike other companies taking leave was never a problem here.
Dislikes
One of the major problem that people face is that there is no one to listen to the employees queries and problems.
Whenever someone disagrees to the founder, she instantly assumes that the person is being disrespectful and rude towards her.
If a person does a mistake once then the manager makes sure to bring that particular topic in every conversation which ends up being very toxic.
Even if someone puts 100x efforts, there is no appreciation.
The environment is too toxic and the scope of growth is too little.
WARNING : ⚠️ The work culture at this company is heavily toxic and micromanaged by the "CEO" and there is no job security FYI. Most importantly if you can't meet her expectations according to your designation, you'll become a target. Once you're targeted, you'll regret accepting the job offer. You might think it's a balanced, hybrid job, but you're wrong. When you are working from home "CEO/only manager" will call and text you constantly, even during lunch or breaks. If you dont respond immediately, she'll think you're not working and not right fit/suitable for this role, regardless of your experience. If you can handle this kind of behavior, then this company might be right for you :)
