nothing, this is a fraud company, which only scam people and for note the the 10 5star reviews which you are seeing are all fake, as they force and blackmails poor intern to post 5star ratings or else they won't even give the internship certificated

they will make you work for a month and then they won't pay you anything go to LinkedIn and search for diganta dihidar or aziz ahmed and they visit his profile you will understand

...nce with talent-serve, as it may help prevent others from facing similar issues. I invested six months working as per their requirements, only to be dismissed without salary or compensation. Here is a brief overview of my experience. I urge you to verify these claims by connecting with other affected individual on LinkedIn This company practices are highly unprofessional and exploitative and it is crucial to take action to protect our students and others. mass hiring : talentserve hires 300-400 student at a time and communicate primarily through whats-app , lacking professional communication platform which is a significant red flag. dismissal : When i questioned these practices, i was promptly removed from the group without any compensation. CSR activities. : we were required to engage in CSR activities which involved either donating our own money or raising funds from others . additionally we were instructed to post daily on linked-in tagging talent-serve to boost their visibility and followers count. Joining process: the interview process was minimal consisting only of an MCQ test Successful candidate received the offer letter outlining their role and a promised salary of 7 LPA to be paid after a six month service period during which no compensation was provided

...a very bad way or may be remove you from group because she dont have any answer. They dont even pay you anything or provide any certificates. There is no proper schedule of anything . No matter how much i write that will always be less to show the reality of that fake company Talent serve. There are good reviews as well which they force to do in terms of their general management roles. They talk alot about professionalism but they dont even have the P of professionalism. whosoever is reading this its a request not to get into this company . you will only waste your time , dont let them trick you the way they tricked me and many others .

Don't work there they don't pay even a single rupee even after work is done.The culture is very toxic and H.R are molester there.plz don't play with your time and career. Shame on you #Talentserve
