...y don’t set a goal but will expect you to read their mind and deliver on that. They deduct salaries on their whims and would rather not pay your commissions on closures as they would like more to terminate their employees. There is no recognition or appraisals but will use derogatory language infront of the whole team.

... very toxic. The leadership of the company is ruined because of arrogant people. Also, a lot of people are leaving right now, because they don't pay what the employee deserve. It was better a while ago working here, but not now.

Work culture, work life balance, leadership and management all are ruined. Lot of work pressure without appreciation and incentives.

...t even a single warning and without pay ! It's a kind of mental torture to them. While employees work whole month and wait for the salary at the end what they get in return is a termination mail ! They make us work overtime. Work timings are already 9 - 6.30 still they always stretch the evening call to minimum 7 and then make us work till 8 or 9pm. We have also worked over the weekends too that without any compensation. There's hardly any time left for anyone's personal life.

Nothing to be liked about the Company don't work there this is the worst company I have ever seen in my life I will not prefer this company to any one worst company I dehradun the HR Himanshi is the worst person to talk in the whole office.

Every this the girls sitting in the office are the worst people in the office unprofessional. Target Target and Target All Target Based jobs they want joining chahe jese bhi lek aao Work from Home is for on himanshi. The worst person in the Office

My experience with talentola is a mixture of positive and negative, can't say anything solid, it was 50-50.

Dislikes

Only dislike was my previous TL who is toxic, mean, bad person and what not. TL which I got after I switched team was good and supportive.
