This is an exception in the world of service based companies with good pay, excellent work culture, excellent leadership, employees are always heard, leads/managers are exceptionally talented and will support their employees in every way they can. You’ll get to work on best tech stack present at your time. They conduct team workations and office meetups on company’s money once in a year.

Dislikes

Salary may be an issue because they’re still a service provider and they don’t generate revenues like product startups etc, so if you compare the market standards you’ll sometimes feel you’re lagging. But there’s no cap for eligible ones. They’ll give you whatever they can to retain you, so it’s again a win win situation for an employee.

...any and in coming 5 years it will loose all credentials in top institutes grads. Just because of remote work people are sacrificing on pay bands , which is surely profitable for organization in short term but in log run attrition rate will increase . Remote work is not sustainable for long run , very less peer learning , almost no team bonding , everyone is looking for their promotions only.

There are many things i dislike which are 1. Poor salary 2. Client centric (they don't care about their employees) 3. Very poor machine resources (As a fronted developer at least i should except good configuration laptop which works seamlessly but after asking for multiple times(exact 7 times)they did not give me good laptop. All laptops they have which are very old, speaker doesn’t work, poor performance, no battery backup, i have replaced my laptop for 4 times and each time they gave me used laptop which has different issues) 4. Senior doesn’t appreciate your efforts 5. Need to work on weekends if required 6. Work hours are extended most of the time 7. You have to do your work on time and you have to maintain the proof of it also by adding work log daily, 9hr work log is mandatory if you want 100% performance bonus. (Which is really annoying) 8. Very less salary hike 9. No perks 10. Poor management

The work-culture is awesome. Employee centric company. No need of emails to address issues/concerns. Can reach out to anyone over Skype easily. Good latest technology work. Freedom for taking leaves. Transparent communication among team. Learning is valued here. Promotion is quantified with areas of standard as per their competency form. Can grow to be a better self even in WFH.

Dislikes

...Other activities are really cool. You should utilize opportunities here to grow. Salary can be a barrier once you grow here. WFH is for long-term, but no setup facilities given for home upon multiple requests from many employees.

Likes

I worked at Talentica for 2 years. Awesome company, senior management specially CEO and CTO are good hearted, down to earth, good at their job and that reflects throughout company. Company policies are good. It's good company especially if you're fresher or in early stage of your career. You can try out and opt for different projects or tech stack as per your interest. Managers are helpful and they will definitely entertain your requests to change projects.

Dislikes

1) They have fixed band of salary for each position and it is definitely less as compared to Market standards, Company is transperant and they themselves agrees with this. Although it's justifiable as Talentica is Service based company. 2) Talentica hires people from top tier colleges, but still I felt technical skills of my peers were decent enough (but not of the level I expected).
