...u'll be expected to know how to do everything perfectly from the very first day. the pay: they won't pay you enough. everyone else there: the people you work with will be mean and only care about themselves. don't work here! this place is awful! it will make you feel terrible. there are better jobs out there. dont be a fool! this company fires people all the time because nobody wants to work here!

...elentless work ethics over employee well-being, having a toxic work environment. My manager got upset when he/she got to know my salary. They want to get their work done at any cost if you want to take a leave you can't or they shout multiple times throughout the day. They expect us to function in multiple departments, whether it burdens us or they blame us for doing our job. employees have to make their schedule as the manager like till very late every day which hampers the social life outside the company. You will not notice it in the beginning but after some time it is a very toxic environment of any person.

The best thing about being in TalentGum as a teacher is unlike other Edtech you have fixed basic pay and on top of it you get incentivised too. If your performance is good no issues you'll find.

The syllabus needs to be designed properly with having a proper discussion with teachers so an easy to explain yet attractive classes can be conducted.

...elt like we were running around with no direction. No clear goals or strategies. Salary Issues: Frequent delays in salary payments, causing major financial stress. Excessive Pressure: Unrealistic targets and constant pressure to perform, leading to burnout. Unsupportive Manager: My manager was unhelpful and unapproachable. No guidance or support when I needed it. Overall: This was a very negative experience. I wouldn't recommend working at Talentgum.Never join it at any cost.

They seem to make up rules whenever they feel like it, and if they don't like something you're doing, they'll just make a new rule to stop you. The "MARKETING HEAD" , Dyuti Shah, might seem nice at first , but after a while, you'll see her true colors. The HR department is pretty unresponsive - they won't answer your emails or calls/text, except when they want something from you. They put all the blame on individual employees, even if its not fair. The senior staff and HR don't really support you, so you might feel pretty hopeless. Plus, they give you to work every day and expect you to work long hours like from 10 am till 10 pm with no lunch breaks with no worklife balance. One time I was not able to pick a call and the manager said I was not working that day to the hr it just makes the job more chaotic and timewasting. They don't outright say it, but there's a lot of office politics going on. If you're not in top position, you'll never really see the full team, and in meetings , everyone just stares at their screens. It feels like you are treated more like a servant than a valued employee. And to top it off it there a lot of micromanagement happening.
