Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and management is transparent, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. If you are in sales you can earn 5 Times of your salary as an incentive on the monthly basis.

Salary was good as a fresher . You can gain Sales knowledge and experience here .

...fix time for job , we had work till 9pm sometimes to get the target work done .. second problem is , even after a increment , after 4 month no one got increment salary , HR will say it's in progress, but no progress actually .

... this.they are just doing politics.they don't have sympathy for their employees.as per their rules only u will get your salary.

They always gets personal.they don't know how to behave professionally.Really very disappointed to see the culture in a edtech company like this.
