worst work culture toxic environment, nobody following code of conduct even if we raise complaint no one will escalate not even responds, extremally terrible organization, fraud and scammers in management,

It's an IT consulting organization. HR centric. Work culture was good. We won't have direct contact with management. As it's consulting, no Job security at all, it completely depends on Clients feedback.

Dislikes

Post release from the organization, response is not as expected from HR team. They should concentrate more on this area too.
