Good Work Life Balance, Salary is give max by 3rd of every Month, Job Security is there, easy commute as railway is hardly at 5 mins walking distance...

Currently Less Employee engagement activities and gatherings are done otherwise it is a great place to work... Lunch Break is for 30mins which is manageable but can be extended by 10mins...

Work culture is good. Good team work but the 1st level management is not good. They try to find loop holes in the work flow and exploit employees.

The pay scale is not good compared to the pressure and the amount of work you do.

MD(Rajaram Agarwal) dont have any sense how to speak with employee. Also every 15 minutes he round up and check what are you doing. Even in lunch break he checkes what are you eating and with whom you are sitting. And he sees from in his cabin that with whom you are talking so there is no worklife balance. It's feels like you are in jail. He forgot whats his post.

Good for a fresher to learn a lot related to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Clients are basically MNCs and here majorly you have to work for Lateral Hiring, Leadership hiring and Niche Hiring. This recruitment firm is far better than many toxic recruitment firms.

Dislikes

Micro management can happen but not a major concern.
