It's a fraud start up company after working 9month company hold all employees 2month salary Mr tarun Gupta charge 1.5k with students for professional iim program Which is not officially they have and looted money of employees and run away

After so many follow up with him he assured to provide pending salary which he cheated Totally fake person with fake start up Student nd employee suffer because of there fake promises I will not recommend to work with talent shiksha or there people Tarun Gupta Payal choudhary Pallav juneja There were the co founder and before that they were staff of skill circle

I was chasing Talent Shiksha right from the commencement. I always wished to have such work culture and team they work with. I really appreciate their hiring procedures in terms of Sales people and marketing interns, they give chance to freshers as well. Talent Shiksha made me more stronger in team handling and along with responsibilities, they gave me authority as well which boosted my confidence. Though i am not that old employee but the i know people behind this since 2015 so i was quite sure why i need to join here. I got promoted here within six months of my joining. I am happy to be part such cool culture.

its good that we give chance to new comers but we should hire experience people in sales.

The best thing which I like about working in Talent Shiksha is that they give opportunities to young minds (like me) to be a part of their projects under the guidance and support of their senior managers who have a rich amount of experience in their respective fields. Talking about work culture, it is quite relaxing but also a productive atmosphere as they have a goal oriented teams. They all have a good attitude and collaborate well with their colleagues. Also, they have a good career growth & opportunities to offer as I myself was an Intern converted to Full-Time Operation Job and have been associated with them for the last 1.2 years in the "Training Coordinator" profile. The management of here is top-notch as they build a work culture of mutual trust. They are always open to new ideas and focus on employee strengths. The reporting managers recognize their team for good work or when we achieve our pre-set targets. Also, daily reporting is there to track the performance of individuals. Talking about their training and deliveries, they have produced a well-researched and structure course curriculum to offer to their trainees along with a good support chain for training coordination and after sale services. The trainers are having in-depth knowledge of the course content and have the strong industry experience that they are training-in. In short, my overall experience with Talent Shiksha or what I observe here is amazing as I have seen myself growing with this company professionally.

Sometimes, work pressure is bit high and due to which I need to work after working hours also.

I am in the profile since last 10years, so all i know so far is things work out when you have set process and structure to be followed and people obey by those. Talent Shiksha provides me rights that i can revise the procedures and set new structures and process as per the demand of the situation. I have worked with them right from the scratch and till the stability and would love to continue it.

Dislikes

Suggestion- * Basic training is must for every new employee, not only in sales, It has to be also for the rest of the standard structures and processes of the organization. * Frequent trainings should be there for change processes in every department.

This is the best company for a person who wants to build a career in sales and who has a zeal and enthusiasm to perform and meet the targets. They have an amazing workplace. I love the fact that I am a part of the Talent Shiksha team. I always dream to work in a company which have good culture for their employees. The team is very supportive and approachable.
