... of all they all try to show they are too good and too progressive organization. After that you can know they try to use your talent with low salary which is not digestible.

Firstly, the work place is not that far from where I live, which is one of the good things. Secondly, the coworkers and the head of the company are quite undertsanding and supportive. I am supervised very minutely for which I am learning in a more better way and quickly get to rectify my mistakes when made. Hence, the company has a very safe environment.
