Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...cated in bhajanpura. This review is only for boys. There is no any job security. Your initial salary will be 8.5k even you ask for 10k ,they agreed in interview for 10 k. You have to do pentry work for you own and also have to do park the scooter of your boss both time and also have to bear abusive and rough behaviour in front all of colleagues. Your may get official documentation after one month or more time. If you don't do these then they will not get settle you. You just have to do work but I don't think you got any improvement in your skills.
