...ees horribly. Here’s what you should know: Petty Penalties: Just 2 minutes late? They cut your salary or mark you absent. No flexibility, just punishment. Impossible Targets: They demanded 8 CVs a day. If you didn’t meet this, they’d mark you absent like you weren’t even working. No Work-Life Balance: Saturdays were workdays, and there were no proper leave policies. Your time was never your own. Disrespectful Management: If a candidate failed to attend a scheduled interview for any reason, employees were harshly scolded, as if we had control over the candidate's decisions. Constant Blame: They’d accuse you of being undisciplined just for talking to your colleagues and threaten termination over nothing. Out-of-Touch Motivation: The director’s wife tried to “motivate” us by bragging that she could buy expensive things without thinking, while implying we couldn’t. It was not only demotivating but also insulting. Fake Promises: They seemed nice during the interview, but within days, their true colors showed. 12 people quit in just 25 days. Call Center Mentality: They turned HR recruitment into a call center job—no job postings, just endless cold calling. Candidates were so frustrated, they’d say, “You’ve been calling us for 6 months for the same profile! ”No Growth or Variety: They only had the same 3-4 clients and kept repeating the same profiles. No new clients, no new profiles, no growth—nothing. Just a dead-end job with no opportunities for learning or advancement. Exploitative Leave Policy: If you took leave on a Friday or Monday, they’d mark you absent for 3-4 days. They were just looking for ways to cut your pay. If you’re thinking of joining a place like this, be careful. Your mental health and dignity are worth more than any job. I didn't even bother asking for a full-and-final settlement after this experience. Sometimes, it's more important to walk away with your dignity intact than to engage with a company that doesn’t value its people. To those who are struggling in similar environments: You deserve better. Stand up for your rights, and don't let any company diminish your self-worth.

Dislikes

They expect employees to work overtime without any break. There is no job security. They can lay off anybody without prior notice. They insult employees. They need instant results. They don't have patience. They force to resign and mentally harass employees. They blame employees for each and everything. They do backbitching and they spread fake news. The environment is too much toxic. They donot allow to take leaves even in emergency. Please beware of this fraud company
