The company is good in providing work life balance. Employees are under free environment to work with no pressure and micro management.

Dislikes

The appraisal and salary review is not in line with Market. The pay is not in parity for all employees with same experience. We need to wait at least 4-5 months for increment though it will be paid retrospectively. T

Nothing. This is the most stupidest company ever.

...r more than a month and later tell unsuccessful when we have cleared all rounds. It wasn't even about the pay package. May be that's why this company sits at 27th rank in global firms and keep on falling down. Most cunning firm I've ever seen. We can see there are posts about vacancies in all the social media links and these guys won't hire properly.

1. They pay better salary then all other KPO's - no window dressing, salary structure is straight and company also provides health insurance which is not part of CTC. 2. The COO, IT, Admin and HR team are very friendly, helpful and accommodative 3. The office infrastructure, welcome gifts, IT assets etc. are premium and top-notch 4. It has all the qualities and attributes you would look for in a dream job 5. Most companies have started hiring on Work from office basis only. TF is still hiring employees preferring WFH, displaying the level of trust they shower on the employees and flexibility they want to offer. The offices have reopened but with 0% compulsion on working from office. PS: Kranthi is an excellent and visionary leader

I am a strong believer of constructive criticism but as of now, I haven't found any cons here from past 5 months

Work life balance only organization in my 18 years career who provides 1.5 hours of break time and 7.5 hours of work time. Provides two meals a day. Three days' work from office and two days' work from home. Conducts many welfare sessions, CSR activities, and Family get togethers.

benefits and company culture is very good. management is friendly and good. nice place to come to work.

sometimes inconsistent experience between departments because clients are different around the world. some teams are small in size.
