The work environment is great, top management encourages you to grow but does not try to do that through over burdening and giving unnecessary stress and pressure. Growth opportunities are good, management is good, everyone treats the other one like family, the employees at all level understand each other and try to genuinely be there for each other instead of typical political environment. Overall a great place work, learn and have a balance in life.
