There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management is not approachable. Open Discussion will one way only. Salary and growth is slow. Not all but some managers are will not support there own subordinate which will lead to demoralize and result in hectic work environment in Company ( Mostly Over autocratic). WORK ENVIRONMENT IN SHOP FLOOR IS GOOD .PROPER WORK RELATED IN ERECTIONS AND PROJECTS JOBS ARE REALLY GOOD.

...ING THE SHOP FLOOR UNIONS WITH RESPECT TO ASSEMBLY SECTIONS SHOULD BE AVOIDED . SALARY CAN BE PAID MORE FOR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ll the employees as a part of their own family without deducting even single Rs. salary. 2) If I had to say about organizations work culture....They have been following all the necessary rules and regulations regarding covid-19 without violating the safety instructions issued by the central government. 3) Management have also been very supportive....They mananged very well during this critical pandemic...and are being managing right now... 4) Finally, The great salute to The Mr. Ratan Tata sir....
