Overall situation about TAL Manufacturing Solutions is awesome in this pandemic covid-19 situation.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I joined TAL as a Engineer Trainee. I liked the fact that I was part of the team that makes products for Aerospace Industry and has a global client base. People work here in collaboration and the management promotes learning opportunities for the individuals.

Growth is decent due to policies, but compensation is poor.

Management is not approachable. Open Discussion will one way only. Salary and growth is slow. Not all but some managers are will not support there own subordinate which will lead to demoralize and result in hectic work environment in Company ( Mostly Over autocratic). Suggestions to New Joining DET:- Company is good. Do work until confirmation and fly for next opportunity. Chase new assignment. Sincerely thanks to TAL. MD04

WORK ENVIRONMENT IN SHOP FLOOR IS GOOD .PROPER WORK RELATED IN ERECTIONS AND PROJECTS JOBS ARE REALLY GOOD.

Dislikes

...ING THE SHOP FLOOR UNIONS WITH RESPECT TO ASSEMBLY SECTIONS SHOULD BE AVOIDED . SALARY CAN BE PAID MORE FOR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
