...ING THE SHOP FLOOR UNIONS WITH RESPECT TO ASSEMBLY SECTIONS SHOULD BE AVOIDED . SALARY CAN BE PAID MORE FOR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management is not approachable. Open Discussion will one way only. Salary and growth is slow. Not all but some managers are will not support there own subordinate which will lead to demoralize and result in hectic work environment in Company ( Mostly Over autocratic). Suggestions to New Joining DET:- Company is good. Do work until confirmation and fly for next opportunity. Chase new assignment. Sincerely thanks to TAL. MD04

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of TAL team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.i also like the employee rehire policy....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
