Overall a good workplace.

...dents do not join the sessions nor notify about their unavailability beforehand. Less Classes = Less Pay. Not happy & satisfied with my job due to this!

From my personal experience with 3.7 years. I receive my salary on time. and we are given enough time to complete our tasks. The management is highly supportive and encourages the development of new skills also offering great exposure to learning opportunities to ensure continuous growth. The work environment is open and collaborative. Free to express the ideas for improvements and changes required. I love and enjoy every day of my work at Takyon System.

I really enjoy the working at Takyon System Solutions beacaue of the positive work environment and the supportive,freindly approach from oru senior manager and CMD .While there are some times when the workload can be high, but it manageble.Overall ,it's a good place to build a carrer.

1. Lack of proper communication 2. Salary increments after the appraisal period arent automatic and need to be requested, which an be frustrated.

the communication between departments are not being carried out effectively. Peoples are not understanding situations.
