The work culture here resembles medieval period slavery. if you want to lose life working for a CEO who does not recognize your potential and treats every employee as a slave you can join and probably end up with multiple depression and anxiety episodes.

Like the opportunities to work on new technologies & value add it creates to an individual's job profile. It can help an individual grow technically strong.

Dislikes

Team members who are not willing to work but complain. Employees with poor attitude affect the work culture. Company should work on this.

Working at Takvaviya Analytics gives you space to explore new technologies and also the CEO ensures that each team member have their own space and flexibility to work on any given project. A company where the management is willing to listen to employees and understand their concerns and also tries to solve them as best as possible. Worked with good set of team members. Management also took their best efforts to ensure that there were recreational activities during weekends, team outing, lunch with CEO before COVID. All of us have been on WFH routine since COVID and management have tried their best to keep its employees safe and paid salary every month though there were delays, but no one was denied salary.

Dislikes

The company was affected only by employees who were over demanding, disrespectful and especially there were employees in drone team and IT team who were spoiling the work culture inside the organisation which the management was unaware of but this was more evident to other team members. My suggestion would be that the management should be more cautious while recruiting employees and also there should be more benefits as part of the CTC.
