Working at Takvaviya Analytics gives you space to explore new technologies and also the CEO ensures that each team member have their own space and flexibility to work on any given project. A company where the management is willing to listen to employees and understand their concerns and also tries to solve them as best as possible. Worked with good set of team members. Management also took their best efforts to ensure that there were recreational activities during weekends, team outing, lunch with CEO before COVID. The company was affected only by employees who were over demanding, disrespectful and especially there were employees in drone team and IT team who were spoiling the work culture inside the organisation which the management was unaware of but this was more evident to other team members. My suggestion would be that the management should be more cautious while recruiting employees and also there should be more benefits as part of the CTC....Read More
