Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...dynamic and positive work space. If you're Here...consider yourself fortunate. Salary is very good by industry standards, so are the increments. There's a lot of travel opportunity for teachers as well, and if you are innovative you ll really thrive because they value your sincerity and dedication above all. I d say if you have passion to work hard and learn...this is the place for you

Dislikes

Not dislike. I can't dislike anything about a place I consider my second home! Its just that multitasking is required here and I had a hard time balancing work and life. I guess it can get hectic sometimes and I had to learn to take timely breaks If you feel comfortable in one role PR few roles then it could be hard so be flexible and stay flexible.

Taktse Culture, extreme care for children, safety first, care for us teachers just like they care for students, respectful teammates, wonderful friendships, opportunities to be the best you can, chance to innovate, leaders I will look up to for life, expectations and support, logistics, a library that has the best books you can imagine, the mountain view, above all....its my family now, and a part of mei can never let go of. Thank you Taktse for what you gave me.....

Its cold up there ..m not kidding it freezes during winters....actually cold is something I must learn to accept
