Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...tivities, new challenges, if I talk about the Career growth, it is also good... Our school is paying highest salary in town. Employee gets PF benefit too. A very reputed first English medium school in town, working since 2005. School works with three sections. 1) pre primary, primary and secondary section 2) 11th 12th science stream 3) 11th 12th commerce stream. Special thing to say about this school is they conduct once in a year a motivational program for all parents. Education system is also good. They strictly follow their rules.no compromise in teaching section, all the teachers are qualified. Overall really strong institution in English medium section in town. I really miss my colleagues.l

The only thing I may say that I didn't like about the school is no time limits. Means it affects your family life too.
