Teammates are excellent, no politics,work environment is nice. The one who can work in Takshila can work anywhere. Highly reputed school. Exact place to learn new things. I like the smart class system and the activities conducted.

...rds at 10 different places and on papers which is very tiresome and frustrating.Salary is less as per the work load and eligibility of the teacher.

Team is good and helpful by nature apart of principal.

Dislikes

Principal Maam is pathetic by nature, plays politics with the staff. Retains the staff only who is behind her. School is suffering bcoz of her attitude.

Good place for learning, Research & Development team is very good

Dislikes

Vendor's payments are generally delayed & causes dissatisfaction among stakeholders. People at the head office are not always aware of ground reality & takes unfavorable decisions.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
