There is nothing positive about working in this institution. The management is irresponsible . The principal who is holding the post since 25 years has no concern for the teachers . He only works to earn for himself , has no knowledge about cbse . No bonding with the teachers or students . Not the right person for a principal

Dislikes

Dislike the attitude of the management who are ignorant of running a school. They are running the school on a commercial basis . Irresponsible towards the emotions of the teachers . Basic problem of the school is an uneducated snd inexperienced lady sitting in the office as a director ,with no knowledge of school system. Not the right place to wirk

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
