Specifically for Takraf India Pune. Offers less salary and appraisals compared to other MNCs. Should build up and improve on corporate culture and do look after betterment of employees otherwise overall good company. If offered good salary hikes as per Educational Qualification to fresh employees then productivity could go beyond expectations. Also should conduct Training and Field visits for the employees. Company does not provide hybrid working for all employees.

Salary & other allowances are come into the account on time. Job security is depending upon your requirement to the company & individual performance on particular role. Communication skill is matters here. Friendly working atmosphere.

Highly poisonous staff, unprofessional, not so qualified to the role, worst and unethical top team, all are working just for salary sake and to blame others....nobody is bothered about company's future.
