There is nothing to say as per my perspective view

Dislikes

MD is an animal and not give respect to "qualified professional". Those who are expert in buttering then they could secure a job. "Karthik" he is a left, right and middle of MD unfortunately he doesn't know how to interact with clients and team members too. Hence he thought he knows everything in civil engineering. One of the toxic in this company.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
