As per my overall experience in the companies that i have worked previously, Work life balance has been the best at TAK technologies. All process is done in a very professional manner here.

Strict timing and Leave policy.

There is nothing, one can like for this Co except that less work pressure.

Dislikes

I dislike the CO’s policies pertaining to HR and top management. Most unlike thing that no one here a decision maker. HODs are just namesake. Furthermore, if you are a new entrant, don’t think that you will be confirmed here in probation period. May be they not confirmed you even after completing one year. No value of one’s experience and knowledge specially if you are a new entrant. No commitment for growth in monetary and profile wise as well. No one here talks about the new ideas. Board room meetings are here just an eyewash.

Did not feel that working in MSME company

Dislikes

No proper distribution of the position . Manufacturing setup is available still sale the product which they procure from out side of the organisation. NABL lab but no proper lab setup.
