...is terrible, false commitment, lots of politics, Every time threat to sack, max. time to salary is pending, this is like a jail. their have no management policy, suddenly policy is changed. Monetary side very poor, Always think about own profit, they treat people like a slave. Every peoples money was blocked during year on year. No one is here to solve it.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
