I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. ...is terrible, false commitment, lots of politics, Every time threat to sack, max. time to salary is pending, this is like a jail. their have no management policy, suddenly policy is changed. Monetary side very poor, Always think about own profit, they treat people like a slave. Every peoples money was blocked during year on year. No one is here to solve it.
