Well I work in the kitchen dept and to be honest its an overall package, the work culture is great, working hours are considerate and the overall team is helpful, you will get to learn a lot.

Dislikes

The only the to complain would be the work life balance but still comparing it to other properties its the best.

... supportive and it felt like a family. The issue was the HORRIBLE working hours. They would make you work for 12-14 hours and pay you peanuts. Once you enter their premises and sign into the logbook, only your boss will tell you when to leave. Which totally depends on their mood haha. Had to travel an hour to get to the property, 12 hours of work on an average and an hour back to my home. Barely got any time to do basic activities like sleeping/talking to family. The off days felt like the second coming of Jesus Christ every single time.

In Taj MG road the staff is very friendly they work as a team and the Taj is also take care of his employee's that's why Taj MG road bangluru is different from other's

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst company to work for. Women are not safe in this company in Taj lands there were camras found in the ladies washroom and the hr department was begging us to not file a police complaint against them to same their brand image.

...afe here then what's the use of this company, why such a big name a hollow name. Other than this long working hours with no extra pay. Less salary more work, no training just you are put to work straight away.
