The working environment is very good. People are nice. Taj is an excellent brand to work with. Has a lot of employee benefits.

The salary is extremely less. Increments are bad and the promotion takes a lot of years.

Management and staffs are very helpful no attitude and no ego problems very friendly and caring

... supportive and it felt like a family. The issue was the HORRIBLE working hours. They would make you work for 12-14 hours and pay you peanuts. Once you enter their premises and sign into the logbook, only your boss will tell you when to leave. Which totally depends on their mood haha. Had to travel an hour to get to the property, 12 hours of work on an average and an hour back to my home. Barely got any time to do basic activities like sleeping/talking to family. The off days felt like the second coming of Jesus Christ every single time.

In Taj MG road the staff is very friendly they work as a team and the Taj is also take care of his employee's that's why Taj MG road bangluru is different from other's

Working culture is not at the point of a 5 star hotel . job security is great , management is also fine and the company policy as well but does not give good salary ..

Dislikes

Working hours and the salary does'nt go hand to hand .. So it's hard to survive in Taj Chandigarh for the outsiders ( No accomodation , no cab service but need to do break shift on daily basis )
