...hing. The work environment is fantastic and one feels proud to be working there. The salary scales were not very high earlier but now its at par with the other star categories. It is more like a training centre as you learn everything u need to while ur at the Taj.

There is nothing to dislike about the Taj. This is the place that laid the foundation for my career and i was given ample training for my professional growth.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

...all happy with work n timeing . But more happy to work this company in odc . Odc was earning more salary . Company is best . Thanks to God and my friend they help for me lot in my work .

Odc was earning above cdp salary . In this company. Senior not at all happy . Salary is very less n less ware I work .in other taj hotel r best salary.

Taj company is one of the best in Indi a but people who are managing ( head of department) are worst. H. R is very poor .

...company are selfish. Need to look on a people who have spend their life in tata. But the salary is very bad. On manager level people are working from last twenty five years are getting 50 thousand in hand. How you expect him to write good about your management.

Working culture is not at the point of a 5 star hotel . job security is great , management is also fine and the company policy as well but does not give good salary ..

Working hours and the salary does'nt go hand to hand .. So it's hard to survive in Taj Chandigarh for the outsiders ( No accomodation , no cab service but need to do break shift on daily basis )
