Training was good but the output in terms of going in the market was overall satisfactory. Work culture was full of politics esp in the marketing and sales dept. Compensation wise it was highly terrible and not up to the level.

Politics, opportunist co-workers, hidden agenda from company side and last very very very very bad pay wise...never on time n fraud management

Working at Taj eduglobe was very good. Senior management was very cooperative and always listen feedback from employees.

Dislikes

Working with Taj eduglobe was a very challenging job. It was like performing many tasks at the same time. Politics between the employes were at the peak during my tenure. But all was good and management had managed everything with the best whatever they can do.... Job security was not there in the company this Is the only reason I dnt like in the company...

Company has taken too much money from client & taken business from employee n not given Salary incentive nothing to the employee fraud n cheater Scam company closed office in Ahmedabad without intimation I dont want to give any rating but without rating i cant submit due to error i m rating its request to naukri.com please dont provide Staff to this company they ruin the life of clients and employes ...

It is a fraud company. They have cheated many franchisees, staffs and investors.

Dislikes

no job or salary security. its a virtual hype company. I recommend no one for that company. The staffs have ran away with the customers money as their 6 months salary was not paid. Many staffs and franchisees are fighting in court cases against the company.
