Good at fake promises

Dislikes

... multitasking in a company is good but this company wants you to do beyond that. They want you to work extra but don't want to pay a penny. There's no overtime pay. They don't even stick to their words & commitments initially which they said to their employees. Working ethics are very bad. Unorganized company.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
