...ment & culture is not good. Management is good but Teammates are not supportive. Salary package is poor.i have to work independently. Team mate are not supportive

There is a lot of politics in department regarding work management does not address our issue. Salary is poor carrer growth is slow.

During my association with Taikisha....I learnt alot....was not restricted to one field but got to use and enhance my skills in various functions within the company...thats due to the supportive HODs and Management.

Dislikes

There is nothing negative to talk about as th company provide job security and ample opportunity to grow as an individual and professional.

Likes

working for big clients like: Maruti-Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, Mahindra, Ashok-Leyland, Tata motors etc.

Dislikes

1. Doing same type of work again n again daily. 2. Senior management is not good they are interested in politics only with hard working deserving employees.

Free to work as per your choice. No work pressure. Nice Atmosphere

Dislikes

Not much salary hike. Get no hike from last 20months working 10hrs daily. No travel benefits when going late night. No fooding benefits.

Good company to work. Managers are supprtive. Staff members are co operative. You can work freely, people supports your opinions. You can grow over a time. Management people are positive and easily available.

Dislikes

Canteen is new. It's just ok. Long from pune city. Too much trafic Increase travel time.
