In India Company have all projects in government department so company working at this time after one month lockdown company gives salery every employee at time but deduct 20;30 ;50 salary .My concern company have no income during lockdown but they give every employee salery that is good for all good for all of us.

There is nothing for new learning for me only I am giving here service

Very pathetic experience, no working environment, only politics can sustain your job, no work life balance, no job security, cheap mentality, will never recommend to anyone.

Insecure people, office politics, its like a jail- every single activity is on watch! No employee benefit policy, its like a circus run by 1-2 masters and their chamchas!

Senior officers are not cooperative beyond you will do the more 10 hrs, immediate officers are not good as a behave

Immediate officials are never operative, whatever assignment provided by them they not guide, At time of delivery of assignment, they were submit the same assignment to higher officers/client. than they were told, you have not done any thing. I have worked more 10-11 hrs after that their is a no any appreciation from the senior officials

Tahal had bagged a big water supply project in Karnataka when I joined in December 2015. It was a good exposure for me then as I got to work on an entire water supply scheme, right from intake pump stations to treatment plants and finally on water supply Transmission and distribution.

Dislikes

There was serious shortage of man power. Too much was dependent on single man power which was stressful for the employees. However this was corrected in later years to come.
