Extremely unconventional as a company so most learnings are first-hand. Nascent industry so no rule books as such - makes work exciting, challenging, punishing, rewarding - all at once. Young team full of great people pushing hard for a vision makes life easy at TagMango.

Dislikes

People not taking enough breaks, even though there's a great leave policy. People sometimes take their responsibilities too seriously, not realising that breaks are just as important to function at max potential.

Likes

The people here are gems, I learn so much from just being around them. From the founders to team leads everybody is so kind and helpful towards the team. The culture is fabulous, I don't think I've seen it anywhere else.

Nothing as such, they're pretty open to feedback from the team.

I have seen myself growing in this company and there's nothing more you can ask for! My colleagues are super supportive and the mentors are everything you wished for. I feel grateful and blessed to be a part of this thriving organization!

Its a place that we can grow and know more everyday! There's so many things happening everyday, its truly the best kind of start up!

There's so much changing that you sometimes loose track and there is no place for error here.

All of us work endless hours voluntarily and in the end it affects the work-life balance which is mostly our own fault.
