As a Senior recruitment Associate working here from 1.9Yrs , Its gonna be 2yrs coming year . the way of work assinged by Delivery manager to managers, from managers to Recruiter and Recruiter to Soucer is awesome. because it feels very comfortable without pressure from each of the managers.

Dislikes

...ate is not joining where the hardwork goes again will stick to NO incentives. Because of this i'm not at all expecting incentives atleast im expecting good increment in yearly salary. If there is no work atleast we are expected leaves or relax time simply not pushing to other unwanted works. also there will be no concern notice of moving one business to other business. suddenly comes and says that you will moving to other business. If work from office starts please inform us before 1-2 months atleast, Relocation will be difficult all of sudden notice.

They do provide Skill development trainings and Salary is being credited on time.

Dislikes

Sr. Managers don't have manners to speak with team. They literally blackmail you to get done work, if you don't do this work than you have to resign, or I will make you work till 11pm etc. Inspite of working late hours till 10pm in the night, they don't even allow public holidays. They make you work like donkeys and don't give respect at all.

I strictly believe they should work on there compensation breakup that is aligned with the role as the targets assigned across different bands are tough to achieve, or they can have score cards re-evaluated.

Transparency at all levels good pay master does desired trainings for the growth of an individuals friendly environment (Non Bossy culture) you grow personally as well as professionally with the organization

Work Life Balance is not there but that's what recruitment industry demands everywhere Work pressure is there but when you get desired money for it looks okay. they have amazing incentive policies that sky is the limit.
