Managers and leaders are very supportive as it looks like they have grown in this organization from the lower level. Received WFH, there has been work-life balance, no pressure during weekends, and never extended after the working hours. Teammates have been quite cooperative. Overall, contented.

Bias towards older employees.

They are terminating people whoever they want to ,I saw regional biasness, managers aren't good they all don't have any idea what they are doing and also they pressurize employees for doing something, they don't take any feedbacks, they will always point you for everything. Don't go to start you career as it minght give you the false belief that all companies are same, no corporate ethics, no professionalism.
