Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

It will be very good to see managers conversation each others for issues, without analysing issue and finding a solution. They will not provide safety to shop floor people

Poor professionalism No management system Poor documentation Each document search will have more than a hour Many duplicate documents will be there which causes confusion and trouble I didn't get appointment letter on joining month, got after 6 month Every process will not be known to each other, whatever senior says is right. No thumb rule. Poor 5rs. Lunch, management will not taste the food once Even you will not get r.o water for dispenser, they will fill tap water in dirty water can Nothing will not be provided with you even pen, notepad but they will ask to come with it for discussion No gloves will be provided for material handling

waste of timing joined here. After joined TAG they are taken back me to earlier very long back manufacturing industry lot of irritating rules are need to follow in modern corporate culture. simply saying its like a going to school. Even school's have break timings.

Worst culture and behaviour of management. You will not got settlement and relieving letter. Toughest place and people to work with. Worst HR team with revenge attitude.
