TAFE -power source division, corporate team has give lot of benifits. But the plant management peoples play lot of politics to provide the benifits to employees and staffs. They unwanted give the pressure to staff level. In power source division only one person has spoiled the company and brand name. Management has failed to monitering. So all employees has loss their job. Company has closed the plant, without compansation to staffs. Ideally the give work from home to all staff people and pressure to all for resignation the job. Lot of peoples are working more than 10 years. All are suffered due to the management bad decision. It's not a job secured organization.

Good working environment. Very decent salary packages depends upon your designations if you are in company payroll. Good learning opportunities and skill developments for both fresher and experienced persons.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager level peoples get work from his below reporting peoples and showing to Senior management. I was worked in tafe for 3 years in Bangalore plant. Quality manager Mr.Chandrashekar is doesn't having technical knowledge and working more than 10 years. He is having good in politics and become sr.engineer to sr.manager. Worst manager I have seen in my life. There is no support from him and we need work like a robot for him.

Company culture is the best thing. And its adopt latest technology also like cnc hobbing and shaving machines.

There is growth is very slow and work pressure is very high. And salary structure is low than the other companies.

...t higher posts & higher packages in compare to existing long service employees. Basic Salary structure & salary break up very poor w.r.t. retirement benefits. Health insurance provide by deducting employees salary every year with minimum benefits.

There is no restriction while working . You can work according to condition of market . In this job you learned how to knew about client interest . While working with this company there is nothing like immediate pressure.
