Good working environment. Very decent salary packages depends upon your designations if you are in company payroll. Good learning opportunities and skill developments for both fresher and experienced persons.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager level peoples get work from his below reporting peoples and showing to Senior management. I was worked in tafe for 3 years in Bangalore plant. Quality manager Mr.Chandrashekar is doesn't having technical knowledge and working more than 10 years. He is having good in politics and become sr.engineer to sr.manager. Worst manager I have seen in my life. There is no support from him and we need work like a robot for him.

Work environment and culture is department vise variation ,so satisfying in the environment, company policy is good, bonus experience person less asking the question he will telling somaney reason,our management is very good ,but some policy defferent.

Thee is lot of politics and the management doesn't address the our issues.sallary is less and also career growth is very very less new joint person in our department only on jop training good other departments only documents maintain ,Itis not good in our environment..

Machine shop top people is worst they are not given the humanity uneducated fellow is managers category so talent people will not get appreciation my request pls remove old uneducate managers otherwise no one not go to the plant.

Good salary package and company arranged the full safety and foods in covid-19 lockdown periods . Keep following social distance for all employees in work station to canteen and gate side.Daily handwash for 2h once .

Lead smile is heavy . So,then employees respect not given that industry.

...t higher posts & higher packages in compare to existing long service employees. Basic Salary structure & salary break up very poor w.r.t. retirement benefits. Health insurance provide by deducting employees salary every year with minimum benefits.
