Pay scale is really bad well below the market level. Reward for good work could be still be better. Partiality seen in promotion and pay-scale, Growth preference given to TAMILIANS, Politics is at the top level, lower grade worker can happily work.

...pany. Management offers many opportunities to attend seminar to develop skill. Salary is average here. Working environment is quite good. For South people work life is best but for outstation employee it's worst since you will not get leave.

Company products are good and efficient but the company management is not up to mark.

No proper management they can’t understand what employees are going through and giving fake hopes that they will employ you and afterwards they will say that there is no vacancy anywhere and managers are very unhelpful.

You will never understand the price matrix, team at HO are not much skilled not strong support system just doing the job kind, keep on introducing new formats to fill, less ground work more on paper only.
