Learning opportunities have open in every filed. All the departments are supportive, Salary on time.

Dislikes

Every time force to late sitting. Dirty politics. Top management always put down your moral rather boost up. Lala type culture. Job security would be an issue if you hurts the someone ego. In case of madical emergency with employees and theirs family, management stand with them according to thier ego satisfaction only. If employees have suffering to fever/family member suffering from covid-19 then emotionally insist him to came office and do work rather it's not applicable to top management & their buttering persons.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
