Full politics, don't give respect to engineers, only respect to girl. No proper hike, politics based hike and promotion. Company didn't help any situation to all engineer's (basically didn't help😊). only help to management favourite person. No bonus, no incentive. You can able work multiple office (this rules only for favourite person not for others😂) Company didn't give bonus, incentive. You can't provide anything for festival time ( you can give to company means company accepted like food, money all) I have many points but i don't have time to type

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
