Well, I found everything great about this company. This is my first company where I have stated my carer and have been working since jan2020. If I talk about work culture so that depends on one the place and your seniors, fortunately I've got great people to work with. My SM is so familiar and helpful and he always treats us like his family members. He is the one who has helped many a times to take good decision. We all are very thankful for him. Let's talk about some management it's not as good as it should be.
