Management is not good always focus on termination of employees & culture is not well & if missed monthly target then stoppage salary & field work also stoppage.
All decision taken by only Marketing head & HR management is only for name.
The work pressure is minimum here I'm a staff of the warehouse not from the marketing sector the duty time is 09:25 am to 06:00 pm. I only have the pressure during the sale closing of every month of the marketing people otherwise everything is fine.
...nt, No Skills development, in COVID stopped appraisal for selected candidates... If hr telling one salary and then salary slip they are detecting more... Bonus also detected from our salary... Even single they are not given... Crore turnover company but not do anything for Employee, didn't get any benefits from company..

Over a period of few years, working culture and process have degraded due to frequent changes at top management officials like VPs. Every VP is short lived for 2-3 years so want to play number game and to please owner only, irrespective of process and ethics. Lot of politics at top management and if you are not ready to compromise or adapt to their unscrupulous methods, be ready to be a victim who can be cut off at any moment. Owner is only occupied in his balance sheet (profit) and now a days no one cares about efforts but wants results irrespective of method and process whether ethical or unethical. If you dare to say or speak truth or practicality, you are inviting trouble for yourself so if your are good at buttering or playing politics, you can get all support whether rational or irrational. Weak HR dept and all issues to be tackled by respective managers only. Poor review system and no planning for improving work culture which is deteriorating day by day and owner is totally blind where company is heading and doesn't gives credit to the people who have put lot of hard work in establishing company. Believes in gossips and environment created for and against you without utilising his brain and thinking part. As middle management manager, you are not allowed to take decisions as all decision making and power game is with top management only.
Work culture is good, with good product where people and Health care professionals are accepting very much....which can boosts automatically and help to perform better
